We didn't even receive the order and they charged my credit card! And when you check the account it says delivered. We tried to call them a couple of times but they are not answering and ignoring our calls. They even hang up on us. *** service don't order from this one. They will just try to steal your money. DON'T ORDER! Scammer. We want a refund nobody's answering. Don't order here anymore. You are just wasting your time. Very Bad Service and App!
App is slow, not updated. There's no way to track order and we haven't received any communication after we placed order. We tried to make an account so we can try and track our order to no avail. We also tried calling all the service numbers and they were all out of reach. Nothing is good about this delivery app/service. This wasted too much time, we might as well go to the milk tea place we wanted order from. That would've been much faster. Either improve your service or just shut down. No one else should waste their precious time with this.

Quick Delivery Solutions you guys suck. You’re an ONLINE BUSINESS. The bare minimum expectation is for you guys to keep your online information updated and not inform me AFTER you’ve taken my money that delivery is not available. Utter stupidity. Get your act together. This is already the second time this has happened with you in a span of a month. Magsara na kayo kung ganyan kayo katanga mag-run ng online business. Yes I’ve contacted them both times it occurred and they have been responsive. I’m just not happy with the fact that it takes them several weeks to give me a refund on the money I paid when this sort of thing shouldn’t be happening anyway if they just kept their information updated - OR not take payments until they’ve verified that items are available and/or delivery is possible.

Ive placed an order at 11:32 am.as per website & email delivery is w/in 1hr.i kept on receiving emails pushing the delivery time further & further.the last one is at 1:45 pm w/c is more than an hour late from the should be delivery time.i called c.service to complain & the rep told me the rider is on the way & w/in 20mins will be on our house.i called the store to verify only to find out that the rider hasnt arrive yet!why would u tell the delivery is on the way when the rider hasnt even arrived at the store?? How dare they lie to customers when we have the means to confirm it to the store?? I called again to complain again & i was put on hold for almost 10mins so i call back again & cancelled my order.a few minutes later someone called to tell me the delivery is on the way but i told her i already ordered somewhere & had the ordered cancelled.she told me they will waive the delivery fee,but how can you waive something thats not existing?? There is no charge for a minimum of P500 order right?? We've waited for 2hrs & still keep getting bad service aftr bad service. A kid is waiting for that food for his lunch only to have it by late pm snack. Good thing i didnt pay via credit card. Not going to avail their service again.

Just had happened. I order food via twoanyone and after a few minutes I received a confirmation stating the delivery time of my order so we expect that by that time our order will be delivered but hours passed by after several f-ups through their hotline I found out that our ordered food is still in the restaurant andd its almost 2hrs delayed from the time stamp i placed my order. I am pissed since I ve waited for 2hrs and surprisingly they can only waived the delivery fee. Napakagaling tlg! At after that parang utang na loob ko pa na may goodie bag sila na ipapadala tom. Dahil sa inconvenience na ginawa nila. This is the last time I will use their system kasi am super disappointed with their customer service and system. Kaya I recommend not to use this app kung ayaw nyo madisappoint. A 12%discount and a goodie bag will not suffice for the hassle they cause me. #boycotttwoanyone #poorCS

They really have a bad customer service and systm! After I placed my order online, I called The customer service to confirm if they have received our order. And they confirmed and informed me that the food will be delivered within 90 minutes. So we waited. After two hours, the food hasnt arrived yet so I called again for the second time the customer service to follow up, unfortunately, after being put on hold for 5 minutes, the customer service told me that our order did not push through because the restaurant is under maintenance! No on from "TWOANYONE" even gave us a call to inform us what happened, i even I had to find it out by myself by calling them. They are so unprofessional! I suggest that you either call the delivery hotline of the restaurant or just have a take out from the restarant instead of using this app!!!!! Never ever use TWOANYONE as your option or else, you will be disapppointed.

Two anyone delivery does not deliver
Is there anyway we can elevate this complaints? They've caused me two cancelled deliveries now and could only apologize for their system. They're even obligating me to call them if I do not receive any confirmation email or call from them when I ordered online! How *** is that? It's their job to confirm and call back their customers for their order validation! If the only excuse they have is that their system does not work properly, how can you even trust to order from them? I'd like to know where we can formally submit a complaint about this delivery service so they can be shattered to pieces and learn a hard lesson about *** off their customers.

I will never recommend twoanyone. They are irresponsible and very unprofessional. I tried to order using twoanyone and after I places my order, they said they would call me. But after 5 mins i tried to call their line but no one is answering my call for 30 mins. I sent them an email and gave my contact number. Someone responded in my email and told me that my order was on hold because they cant contact me. So again i gave them my contact number but still havent't received any call. I sent them an email and asked aboutthe statis of my order but no one replied and no one answered my call when i attempted to call their number again. They were so irresponsible because its their job to let the customers know about the status of their order. Also unprofessional as no one tried to reply or even reach me when I already gave my number. And this happened twice which is very disappointing.

I could not agree more with the prior post. I've tried several (approx. 5 times) to order from www.twoanyone.com, and each time I was not successful. After lengthy discussions with the order taker, I'd get a call 30 mins to an hour later that they won't be able to deliver the food after all. The reasons I have been give so far are as follows: (1) There are no available riders in the area and they cannot tell when there would be one during the day; (2) The food you ordered is not available at the store; and (3) We are sorry, but apparently the store is already closed. Now there are times when these reasons could be acceptable, but that's during the call, when they have not made you wait yet. Also, rhe order takers are either inequipped to answer questions about the products or they are simply too lazy to answer questions. Needless to say, after today (my last attempt), I am no longer availing of this service. I wonder if their restaurant partners know how much business they are losing to this service? Oh well.

Twoanyone Delivery (Philippines) - Food Never Arrived, Late more than 12 hours
I ordered at 3AM to ensure that my order would be processed as soon as the restaurant opened. I've had experience getting very delayed deliveries from them, so I wanted to be sure this time. Especially since I ordered food to get me through the day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The expected delivery time was 11AM that day. 7AM, I got a call from them saying that the delivery would be delayed for an hour. (So that would be around noon). At around lunchtime, the delivery man texted saying that the estimated delivery time would be 3PM. (Take note that I haven't eaten all day. I already planned on not leaving the house to finish work at home, but now I couldn't leave to buy myself food.) Around 4PM, I finally rang the hotline. After being on hold for so long and getting transferred to someone else, I got someone to listen. Apparently, MY ORDER WAS NEVER PROCESSED. I ORDERED AT 3AM TO BE SURE. I WAS NEVER GIVEN THE HEADS UP THAT MY ORDER WAS NOT PROCESSED. THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. At that point, I was already feeling ill from ignoring my hunger, but their response made me livid. I did not leave the house all day. I did not eat anything all day, because I was too "nice" to cancel the order thinking it was already on its way. IT NEVER WAS. I've had many bad experiences with their service, but this was by far the worst. The staff on the phone only offered to waive the delivery fee. I didn't care. I wasn't waiting for several hours for a delayed order. This could have easily been avoided if their service had been upfront about the delivery times. If I couldn't get it on time, then just say so. It is also good to avoid twoanyone delivery (212****) for ordering food for a dinner party or for celebrations. Your event would be ruined, your guests would be very hungry, and you will be very angry.

Always cancelling orders because of some sort of "problem." I've tried to order from this site 5 times already.
Don't bother with this.
Just order jollibee or mcdo. They come in less than 30 mins and ALWAYS reply via text or email minutes after to tell you your order has been received.

I ended up canceling because of their bad service. What a waste of time.
